Thank you so much, Li Jia! You’ve been an important part of the journey and our joint work on intercultural crisis communication features strongly in the 3rd edition 🙂

This book is definitely a must-read for students and teachers who are interested in intercultural communication. Over the past 12 years, this book means a lot to me. I’ve read the book (1st edition) for my PhD study, taught the book (2nd edition) to my Chinese postgraduate students, and publish two peer-reviewed journal articles by citing two important theoretical concepts (“linguistic nationalism” and “essentialism). I’m very much expecting to read the 3rd edition:-)
