It is under the guidance of Professor Li Jia that I just pay attention to the development status of the Bai language in Heqing. Whether we are minorities or not, we should pay attention to the development of minority languages. As a native minority, I hope when people are speak Putonghua that they still remember their minority languages. I hope the Bai language in my hometown and every minority language will not become things that just exist in the past, no matter how many years later!

Yes, “ü ” is often replaced by “v” in Chinese Pinyin simply because it is not recognized or compatible with English system, thus otherised if not misrecognized.
