The linguistic landscape in Dubai is more complex than I expected. During my research blog post I think about some contributing factors to the linguistic landscape of a certain area. For instance, I think about history, policy, economy and population. Obviously, the contributing factors in Dubai’s linguistic landscape is far beyond these. Particularly culture conflict, because in Australia migrants has less contribution to culture conflict.
