Sunjoo Kim

Sunjoo Kim is a PhD candidate in the Department of Linguistics at Macquarie University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature (2020) from Sookmyung Women's University and has completed both a Master of Translation and Interpreting Studies (2023) and a Master of Research (2024) at Macquarie University. Her research interests include the role of translation and interpreting in society and she is currently exploring the under-utilisation of healthcare interpreters in Australia.
