Blog mini-series on linguistic landscapes

Ingrid Piller has just begun her first blog mini-series on linguistic landscapes on Language on the Move. Students in her undergraduate course “Language, Culture and Communication” at Macquarie University are currently conducting a research project on the linguistic landscapes of Sydney and so Ingrid is sharing the joy. Read her first post, The magic of English, and be transported to a Shia shrine in the Alborz mountains of Northern Iran.
